Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) is interested in looking into joint venture with foreign universities：

The Joint Education Program between
Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST)
and
Paderborn University
The Sino-German College of Science and Technology established with Paderborn University is considered as one of the best joint education program in China.

Students study German language and major courses at QUST for four years. Both universities work together to set up a common syllabus and Paderborn University is involved in teaching some courses to the students in Qingdao. Those who complete all the courses will get a bachelor’s degree from QUST.

Hanyang University (HYU)
To meet the need of the economic development and cultural exchange between China and Korea, QUST and HYU reached an agreement for setting up a joint education programs in 2006 after careful consultation and negotiation.
Students study Korean language and major courses in QUST for three years. Both universities work together to set up a common syllabus and Hanyang University is involved in teaching some courses to the students in Qingdao. Those who complete all the courses will get a diploma from QUST.
The majors of the program are Mechanical Engineering and Automation and Mold Design and Manufacturing.

Students study English language and major courses in QUST for three years. QUST and MUC work together to set up a common syllabus and MUC is involved in teaching some courses to the students in Qingdao. Those who complete all the courses will get a diploma from QUST.

Students study English language and major courses in QUST for three years. QUST and Troy work together to set up a common syllabus and Troy is involved in teaching some courses to the students in Qingdao. Those who complete all the courses will get a diploma from QUST.
The major of the program is Industrial Analysis and Testing.
